Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PixlPack (the mobile app and the pixlpack.com website). By creating an account or using PixlPack, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use PixlPack.

PixlPack connects to your YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts (with your permission, via each platform's own official sign-in) and tracks your follower and subscriber counts over time in one dashboard. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what data that involves.

You're responsible for keeping your PixlPack password secure and for anything that happens under your account. You must be old enough to legally use the platforms you connect (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and to agree to their own terms of service — PixlPack doesn't change or override those.

You agree not to:

• Use PixlPack to access, scrape, or store data about accounts that aren't yours.
• Try to bypass, disable, or interfere with how PixlPack authenticates with a connected platform.
• Use PixlPack in a way that violates YouTube's, Meta's, or TikTok's own developer or platform terms.
• Reverse engineer or resell access to PixlPack's backend or data.

PixlPack only requests read-only access to the connected platforms — it never posts, follows, or changes anything on your accounts. You can disconnect a platform in the app, or revoke PixlPack's access directly from that platform's own settings, at any time. PixlPack isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.

Follower and subscriber counts come directly from each platform's own API. PixlPack doesn't modify, estimate, or fabricate this data — if a platform's API is unavailable or a token expires, PixlPack shows that gap rather than guessing at a number. We can't guarantee a platform's API will always be available or accurate.

PixlPack is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it running correctly, but we're not liable for lost data, missed follower snapshots, or any indirect damages arising from using (or being unable to use) PixlPack.

You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including abusive use of connected platform APIs.

If these terms change in a material way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
